Across TCGA patient cohorts, B3GALT1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,967 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B3GALT1-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHF8, DOCK2, and DOCK8. Each is linked with B3GALT1-AS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GALT1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-B3GALT1-AS1 results are reported.
