Across TCGA patient cohorts, AZIN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,110 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AZIN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TIMP2, FBLN1, and PCOLCE. Each is linked with AZIN2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AZIN2-to-partner and partner-to-AZIN2 results are reported.
