AZIN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AZIN2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AZIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with AZIN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AZIN2-to-partner and partner-to-AZIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin-1 grouped by AZIN2-low versus AZIN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AZIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AZIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
