Across TCGA cell cohorts, AZIN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,113 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AZIN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Putrescine biosynthetic process from arginine, via ornithine, Putrescine biosynthetic process from arginine, and Putrescine biosynthetic process. Each is linked with AZIN2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AZIN2-to-partner and partner-to-AZIN2 results are reported.
