AZI2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AZI2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 636 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AZI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6M3P, OR2F1, and MIR6792. Each is linked with AZI2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AZI2-to-partner and partner-to-AZI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6M3P grouped by AZI2-low versus AZI2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AZI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AZI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
