AXIN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AXIN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,690 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AXIN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HMCN1, LARP4_S722, and FTSJ3_S584. Each is linked with AXIN2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AXIN2-to-partner and partner-to-AXIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AXIN2 versus HMCN1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AXIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AXIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
