AXIN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AXIN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 981 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AXIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD46, CRABP2, and MIR4736. Each is linked with AXIN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AXIN2-to-partner and partner-to-AXIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AXIN2 versus CD46 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AXIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AXIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
