AXIN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AXIN2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AXIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Annexin-1, and TIGAR. Each is linked with AXIN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AXIN2-to-partner and partner-to-AXIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by AXIN2-low versus AXIN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AXIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AXIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
