AXIN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AXIN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 680 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AXIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KSR2, ASZ1, and FAM160A1. Each is linked with AXIN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AXIN2-to-partner and partner-to-AXIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KSR2 grouped by AXIN2-low versus AXIN2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AXIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AXIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
