AWAT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AWAT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AWAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSX1, OR4X2, and OR4B1. Each is linked with AWAT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AWAT2-to-partner and partner-to-AWAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSX1 grouped by AWAT2-low versus AWAT2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AWAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AWAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
