Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AVP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AVP data layer compared with 15 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher AVP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AVP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

PAAD and LUSC are the cancer types where AVP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
