AURKAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AURKAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,400 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AURKAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANP32E, ARID4B, and PARP1. Each is linked with AURKAP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AURKAP1-to-partner and partner-to-AURKAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AURKAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AURKAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
