AURKAIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AURKAIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AURKAIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4309, SNX3P1Y, and SNX29P2. Each is linked with AURKAIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AURKAIP1-to-partner and partner-to-AURKAIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4309 grouped by AURKAIP1-low versus AURKAIP1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AURKAIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AURKAIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
