AURKA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AURKA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 833 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AURKA-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIGFP2, RNU1-35P, and RNU6-511P. Each is linked with AURKA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AURKA-to-partner and partner-to-AURKA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIGFP2 grouped by AURKA-low versus AURKA-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AURKA→partner) and Y-score (partner→AURKA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
