Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AUP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,576 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AUP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYNE1, AOX1, and MFAP4. Each is linked with AUP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AUP1-to-partner and partner-to-AUP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AUP1 versus SYNE1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AUP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AUP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
