Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AUH Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AUH data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher AUH Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AUH expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, UCEC, and LUSC are the cancer types where AUH Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
