Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AUH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,755 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AUH-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR11, LDHD, and KIF18A. Each is linked with AUH in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AUH-to-partner and partner-to-AUH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AUH versus PRR11 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AUH→partner) and Y-score (partner→AUH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
