AUH

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AUH protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,028 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AUH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SIRT3, SUCLG1, and PCCB. Each is linked with AUH in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AUH-to-partner and partner-to-AUH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AUH versus SIRT3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AUH→partner) and Y-score (partner→AUH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
