AUH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AUH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,097 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AUH-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7702, LINC01072, and PES1. Each is linked with AUH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AUH-to-partner and partner-to-AUH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7702 grouped by AUH-low versus AUH-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AUH→partner) and Y-score (partner→AUH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
