Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATXN7L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,583 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATXN7L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPLP1, RN7SL66P, and RPS16P3. Each is linked with ATXN7L2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATXN7L2-to-partner and partner-to-ATXN7L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPLP1 grouped by ATXN7L2-low versus ATXN7L2-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATXN7L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATXN7L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
