Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATXN7L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,089 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATXN7L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRI1, PRPF38B, and STRIP1. Each is linked with ATXN7L2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATXN7L2-to-partner and partner-to-ATXN7L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATXN7L2 versus KRI1 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATXN7L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATXN7L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
