ATXN3L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATXN3L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,482 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATXN3L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA 3'-end processing, Protein localization to chromosome, and Aerobic respiration. Each is linked with ATXN3L in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATXN3L-to-partner and partner-to-ATXN3L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA 3'-end processing grouped by ATXN3L-low versus ATXN3L-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATXN3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATXN3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
