Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATXN3L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,018 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATXN3L-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA20P1, FBXL3, and TJP1. Each is linked with ATXN3L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATXN3L-to-partner and partner-to-ATXN3L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATXN3L versus SPATA20P1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATXN3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATXN3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
