ATXN3L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATXN3L RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATXN3L-associated genes across cancer lineages are SBNO1, COL28A1, and CDH24. Each is linked with ATXN3L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATXN3L-to-partner and partner-to-ATXN3L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SBNO1 grouped by ATXN3L-low versus ATXN3L-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATXN3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATXN3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
