ATXN3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATXN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,221 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATXN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR20, SPTLC2, and SNW1. Each is linked with ATXN3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATXN3-to-partner and partner-to-ATXN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATXN3 versus WDR20 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATXN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATXN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
