ATXN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATXN3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATXN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Heregulin, JNK_pT183_Y185, and JNK2. Each is linked with ATXN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATXN3-to-partner and partner-to-ATXN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Heregulin grouped by ATXN3-low versus ATXN3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATXN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATXN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
