Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATXN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,807 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATXN3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Monoubiquitinated protein deubiquitination, Vesicle tethering to Golgi, and Protein localization to condensed chromosome. Each is linked with ATXN3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATXN3-to-partner and partner-to-ATXN3 results are reported.
