Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATXN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,792 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATXN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLUH, PRKG1, and ATXN1_S775. Each is linked with ATXN1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATXN1-to-partner and partner-to-ATXN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATXN1 versus CLUH in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATXN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATXN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
