Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATXN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,824 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATXN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEIS3, AEBP1, and ASPN. Each is linked with ATXN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATXN1-to-partner and partner-to-ATXN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATXN1 versus MEIS3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATXN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATXN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
