ATXN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATXN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,919 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATXN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP4R1, METTL17, and OXSM. Each is linked with ATXN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATXN1-to-partner and partner-to-ATXN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP4R1 grouped by ATXN1-low versus ATXN1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATXN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATXN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
