The most reproducible ATXN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Regulation of protein localization to membrane, and Regulation of intracellular transport. Each is linked with ATXN1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATXN1-to-partner and partner-to-ATXN1 results are reported.
