ATRNL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATRNL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 166 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATRNL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCHY1, RESP18, and MAGEB5. Each is linked with ATRNL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATRNL1-to-partner and partner-to-ATRNL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RCHY1 grouped by ATRNL1-low versus ATRNL1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATRNL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATRNL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
