ATRN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATRN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,429 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATRN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBBP9, DSTN, and XRN2. Each is linked with ATRN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATRN-to-partner and partner-to-ATRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATRN versus RBBP9 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
