Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATRN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,824 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMOC2, RBMS3, and ZNF25. Each is linked with ATRN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATRN-to-partner and partner-to-ATRN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATRN versus SMOC2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
