Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATRN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,901 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCTD9, RN7SKP107, and YWHAQP1. Each is linked with ATRN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATRN-to-partner and partner-to-ATRN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCTD9 grouped by ATRN-low versus ATRN-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
