Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATRN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are VEGFR2, ERK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with ATRN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATRN-to-partner and partner-to-ATRN results are reported.
