Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATRN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,990 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATRN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Regulation of peroxisome organization, and Positive regulation of hydrolase activity. Each is linked with ATRN in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATRN-to-partner and partner-to-ATRN results are reported.
