ATRN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATRN mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,460 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are PREX2, ANKRD12, and CCDC88A. Each is linked with ATRN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATRN-to-partner and partner-to-ATRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PREX2 grouped by ATRN-low versus ATRN-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
