ATRIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATRIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATRIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB5, UNC5D, and TUB. Each is linked with ATRIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATRIP-to-partner and partner-to-ATRIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB5 grouped by ATRIP-low versus ATRIP-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATRIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATRIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
