ATR

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,552 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATR-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF14, TOP2A, and CEP55. Each is linked with ATR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATR-to-partner and partner-to-ATR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATR versus KIF14 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATR→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
