Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATPSCKMT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATPSCKMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL35AP22, RN7SL134P, and MIR6810. Each is linked with ATPSCKMT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATPSCKMT-to-partner and partner-to-ATPSCKMT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL35AP22 grouped by ATPSCKMT-low versus ATPSCKMT-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATPSCKMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATPSCKMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
