ATP9B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP9B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,607 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP9B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDZRN4, BRD3, and SMC3. Each is linked with ATP9B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP9B-to-partner and partner-to-ATP9B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP9B versus PDZRN4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP9B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP9B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
