ATP8B2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP8B2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,219 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP8B2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSU1, FERMT2, and MYLK. Each is linked with ATP8B2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP8B2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP8B2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP8B2 versus RSU1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP8B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP8B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
