ATP8B2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP8B2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,580 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP8B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF9, COX15, and ATP5F1A. Each is linked with ATP8B2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP8B2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP8B2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAF9 grouped by ATP8B2-low versus ATP8B2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP8B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP8B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
