Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP8B2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,957 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP8B2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Host-mediated perturbation of viral process, DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Response to molecule of fungal origin. Each is linked with ATP8B2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP8B2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP8B2 results are reported.
