ATP8B1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP8B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,538 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP8B1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO5B, AP1M2, and TMEM30B. Each is linked with ATP8B1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP8B1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP8B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP8B1 versus MYO5B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP8B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP8B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
