Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP8B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,099 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP8B1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vestibulocochlear nerve formation, Regulation of chloride transport, and Aminophospholipid translocation. Each is linked with ATP8B1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP8B1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP8B1 results are reported.
