Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP8A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,176 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP8A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HID1, PPP1R9A_S840, and ATP8A1_S29. Each is linked with ATP8A1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP8A1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP8A1 results are reported.
