ATP8A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP8A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,877 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP8A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL5A1, CCNL2P1, and ATRNL1. Each is linked with ATP8A1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP8A1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP8A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP8A1 versus COL5A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP8A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP8A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
