ATP8A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP8A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,214 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP8A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPG, RNU6-1274P, and UCHL5. Each is linked with ATP8A1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP8A1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP8A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NCAPG grouped by ATP8A1-low versus ATP8A1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP8A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP8A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
